Change Management

Change is inevitable in the life of non-profits.

The response you need might be called change management, continuous improvement, process re-engineering, systems change – or even organizational turn-around.  Sometimes change is transformational and other times incremental.  It may draw on a wide variety of disciplines.

The approach to change all depends on your organization's unique situation: the urgency, available resources and risk tolerance.

Here is how I can help:

  • Determining the type and level of change needed

  • Mapping out the impact on your people, programs and processes

  • Planning the implementation to ensure lasting benefits

  • Readying your organization for change

I wish to acknowledge that the land on which I work  is the traditional territory of the Wendat, the Anishnaabeg, Haudenosaunee, Métis, and the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation.
